My friend and I went there to do hookah. Place was packed as hell but the vibe was awesome! Two Latinos in the middle of an Ethiopian vibe! It was phenomenal! Although the place was super busy and crowded the servers did a good job. We had cranberry vodka and the apple hookah. Service was fast, the server even tried to accommodate us to a better spot but all tables were taken. Then they kept the drinks coming God speed. The only thing is that when we tried to check out around 1230 am the place got even busier so the servers were super busy. But all in all the music, the vibe, and the place felt just right. Lots of Ethiopian music, food and beautiful people everyone was chilling minding their own business! Will come back for sure. Oh! About the security staff... Yeppppppp. They only screened me... Not my female friend nor other males who were coming. Maybe the power or being security crew goes all the way to their heads ...

Sooo… this place took me by surprise.. in a GOOD WAY! Just trying to find a location to hang out with some friends and stumbled upon this place! The atmosphere was dope the band starts playing at 11:00 PM and they were awesome! We went on a Saturday so there was a mixture of Ethiopian music and some American songs..which was so much fun! The attire is casual you can wear sneakers or you can dress up, however you feel. We got there around 8 PM and sat in a booth ( VIP) And people start really coming in around 9 or 10 o’clock. Beautiful people and friendly…the food was Not so great …we ordered the chicken tenders and one of the chicken tenders wasn’t cooked all the way. We order buffalo wings which came out cold…mozzarella sticks were good and so were the fries. Samosas were awesome… The drinks are OK… They didn’t have my favorite drink, amaretto sour or Moscow mule… Moscato wine is what I settled for and My fiancé, a Long Island iced tea. Great place to go with a group of friends! One of the singers came over to a section in partied with us! That was unexpected and FUN! The wait staff was pretty cool, but sometimes you have to wave them down if you want more drinks…overall a REALLY cool spot to hang out in Alexandria area! Dj Luca played ALL THE TOP songs from rap ( Biggie, Pop Smoke, Nicki Minaj etc) to Caribbean sounds( Bob Marley, etc) some Ethiopian songs.. and old school R&B ( Next, Jaheim,etc)… You will not be disappointed with the atmosphere and vibe! It was a WHOLE VIBE!!! Definitely going back again maybe when it gets warmer! Tell everyone about this PLACE!

Very lively… On a Saturday night, the DJ plays a variety of decades and the drinks are poured immaculately. The live music is nice, but it is cultured, it again lively, nice and upbeat!

Black Rose Lounge prides it self in providing one stop shop for your night lifestyle. The crowd is very diverse and welcoming to everyone. We play variety music to appease the crowd. Amazing vibes all night! The music was fire, and the crowd was lively but fun. The lighting and sound system really set the mood, creating the perfect party atmosphere. The food was surprisingly good for a club—fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared, making it a great addition to the overall experience. The staff were professional and friendly, and the drinks were well-made. Service stayed smooth and efficient even when it got busy. One of the best club experiences I’ve had—highly recommended for a fun night out!

One of the best lounge experiences I’ve had! The customer service was outstanding friendly, attentive, and very welcoming. Free parking was a huge plus and made the visit stress-free. The live music created an amazing atmosphere and really brought the place to life. Everything from the service to the overall vibe was excellent. Highly recommend this lounge for a great night out!

Black Rose is one of the best clubs I’ve ever been to. Even during a very busy time, the customer service was amazing. The staff checked on us regularly, and the owner himself walked around the tables to make sure every customer was happy and well taken care of. The place was very clean, including the bathrooms—which stayed spotless all night, something you don’t see in many places. I was truly impressed and will definitely be going back. I highly recommend this place.
